Apleona: Hochbau sold to Swiss construction group Implenia

Real-estate services provider Apleona is selling its building construction activities to the leading Swiss construction and construction services company Implenia. Both sides have agreed to keep financial details of the transaction confidential. The ‘Hochbau’ unit is part of the former Bilfinger Building and Facility business segment that was acquired from Bilfinger by Swedish financial investor EQT in the summer and which now operates under the name Apleona. Following the sale, Apleona will focus on its core activities and further develop the business with real estate services in Europe.
