Stefan Exner legt Vorstandsvorsitz von Beta Systems nieder

Der Vorstandsvorsitzende der Beta Systems Software AG, Stefan Exner, hat gegenüber dem Aufsichtsrat des Unternehmens am 29.12.2014 erklärt, dass er sein Vorstandsmandat mit Wirkung zum 28.2.2015 niederlegen wird. Der Grund für die Niederlegung sind unterschiedliche Auffassungen zwischen Herrn Exner und dem Aufsichtsrat über die Führung des Unternehmens.
