Berner & Mattner, the specialist for model-based specification and testing, also pushes the development of MOST150 and therefore increased data rates. The new system release MODENA 5.0 for model based specification and testing of ECUs integrates SMSCs OptoLyzer G2 3150o and its MOST150 hardware interface. Engineers can thus operate and secure their models with MOST150 in specification, test and development. MODENA currently supports the control channel and the asynchronous channel for data transmission.
MODENA facilitates flexible adjustment from MOST25 to MOST150
As far as no MOST25 specific parts are used, the adjustment from MOST25 to MOST150 is easily done by changing the configuration objects for the hardware interfaces.
Additional flexibility is achieved by supporting the SMSC OptoLyzer G2 3025o in version 1 and 2. For users who do not want to switch to MOST150 are now new interfaces available.
Improved import of function catalogues
Besides bus systems and transmissions rates, the MOST Corporation has refined the function catalog specification (FCat DTD) during the MOST development. The catalog import of the new MODENA version has been adapted to these changes. The new implemented function classes (container and sequence) can now be imported too.
In addition, more detailed information for the catalogs are imported. Users can now get information like the version of the catalog, the import date and the MODENA version used for import.
