"Software and hardware will be developed separately - the software independently and at an earlier stage, thus defining requirements for the hardware in the end. The bottom line must result in more functionality at lower costs. This is the goal -- and the challenge," describes Hermann Senninger the current trend in the area of embedded systems, which he actively wants to shape at Berner & Mattner. "Berner & Mattner has a lot of expertise in the development process of ECU software and I am looking forward to finding the most efficient solution for the customer together with a first-class team."
Dipl.-Ing. Hermann Senninger contributes 20 years of professional experience gained in various major automotive electronics companies with focus on series development of ECUs, embedded software development and diagnosis of ECUs. Besides the technical aspects, Senninger has put particular emphasis on the commercial approach of the solution. Over the years, his focus has shifted from development to product responsibility through to solution-oriented sales. While his academic background includes a Master of Business Marketing, in practice he has been responsible for various accounts, OEMs and Tier1s in Europe for many years.
