Working closely together with specialist units within the Group, Bechtle is expanding its business activities with ServiceNow’s cloud-based solutions in the areas of IT service management, IT business management and customer service management. As a result, Bechtle Onsite Services and HanseVision have developed a training programme to introduce certified consultants and trainers to the ServiceNow solutions portfolio. This initiative aims to boost expertise in consulting, implementation and support for digital workflow solutions. In the future, the provisioning of high quality services based on ServiceNow technologies will take place via a separate multi-service provider platform. In addition, authorised Bechtle employees will be able to offer customers individual ServiceNow training.

Bechtle has been working with ServiceNow since 2017. HanseVision is currently a vendor Premier Partner and, as a Competence Centre within the Bechtle Group, the company aims to achieve Elite partner level as well as the ServiceNow Authorized Training Partner status this year.
