Der Aufsichtsrat hat sich neu konstituiert

Auf der Hauptversammlung der Bayerischen Börse AG am 13. Mai 2016 hat sich der Aufsichtsrat für die Amtsperiode von 2016 bis 2021 neu konstituiert. Hans-Peter Schmid, Mitglied des Vorstandes der Deutschen Postbank, wurde als Vorsitzender des Aufsichtsrates für weitere fünf Jahre in seinem Amt bestätigt. Uto Baader, Geschäftsführer der Baader Beteiligungs GmbH, wurde als stellvertretender Vorsitzender wiedergewählt.

Weitere Mitglieder des Aufsichtsrates der Bayerischen Börse AG sind: Dr. Michael Diederich, Mitglied des Vorstandes der HypoVereinsbank – UniCredit Bank AG, Dr. Klaus Patzak, CFO der OSRAM Licht AG, Thomas Posovatz, Sprecher des Vorstandes der mwb fairtrade Wertpapierhandelsbank AG, und Prof. Dr. Franz-Christoph Zeitler, Rechtsanwalt.

Es fand somit nur ein Wechsel im Aufsichtsrat statt: Dr. Michael Diederich löst Lutz Diederichs, ebenfalls Mitglied im Vorstand der HypoVereinsbank – UniCredit Bank AG, ab. Dr. Diederich leitet die Division Corporate & Investment Banking bei der HypoVereinsbank – UniCredit Bank AG und ist Mitglied des Executive Committee von CIB UniCredit S.p.A.
