Dies alles optimiert die Abläufe in der Produktion und lässt Engpässe frühzeitig erkennen. Exakte und optimale Terminplanung ist in der Produktion damit kein Fremdwort mehr. Auf einen Blick erfasst der Koordinator alle offenen Aufträge und die dazugehörigen Arbeitsschritte und Prozesse und kann diese über alle Abteilungen und Fertigungsschritte hinweg planen.
