BASLER AG, the leading global manufacturer of industrial cameras, will hold a virtual general meeting this year in order to protect its shareholders as well as its employees. Due to the persistent spread of the corona virus (SARS-CoV-2) and the associated uncertainty regarding the feasibility of a general meeting with physical attendance, the general meeting in the Handelskammer Hamburg that is scheduled for May 26, 2020, will be held as a virtual general meeting without the physical attendance of the shareholders and their proxies.
