R-M is on the spot!

MULTI SPOT provides the perfect formula for rapid, invisible panel repairs and blends

(PresseBox) (Münster, )
There is one big issue today's professional bodyshops are dealing with. It is easy to define but appears to be difficult to solve. The question is how to ensure high quality standards of repairs and to work as fast as possible at the same time? In terms of its newly launched product, R-M provides a solution to this. It is called MULTI SPOT.

MULTI SPOT is a new VOC compliant blending thinner designed to eliminate overspray or a dry edge when blending UNO HD direct gloss or any of the R-M clearcoats, for a fast, invisible repair.

Whether you are completing a rapid minor damage repair or blending a multi panel repair, this ready to use product reduces the amount of preparation required and in most cases completely removes the need for polishing afterwards.

With MULTI SPOT, R-M aims for the effective blending technique, which ensures an invisible repair as well as a reduction of material consumption, and improves it by its new product which is capable to reduce process times considerably.

R-M MULTI SPOT is supplied ready for use and is applied in one coat immediately after the application of the UNO HD direct gloss or clearcoat using either a compliant spray gun or in the case of a rapid minor damage repair, a dedicated mini spot repair gun. MULTI SPOT does not have to be mixed with the RFU clear.

Once the MULTI SPOT is applied, the UNO HD direct gloss or clearcoat can be dried normally according to the data sheet and in the vast majority of repairs, the vehicle can be demasked and is ready to deliver to the customer, significantly faster than using conventional products and techniques.
