A year has now passed since the CARIZZMA concept was introduced at the Paris Tuning and Racing Show. To introduce the range of custom paints developed by R-M, four carefully selected 'ambassadors' were prepared to represent the brand: four sublime Audi TTs repainted using CARIZZMA. They were on show from Paris to London and from Dubai to Essen, sparking the imagination of the car world's key-players.

R-M invited one of the masters of custom paintwork, Gerry Blyenberg, who is the creator of ProRider and a car designer and painter, to illustrate the colour range of its CARIZZMA custom paint range. Gerry breathed colour into four Audi TTs, taking inspiration from themes which are dear to customisation: Dubstyle, Low-Rider, Hot Rod and Nascar. The four icons of custom car design were unveiled at the Paris Tuning and Racing Show in February 2008, on R-M's glittering stand.

Wherever the manufacturer wanted to organise an event the four CARIZZMA 'ambassadors' turned up in all their finery, either singly, in pairs, or all four together. After the Le Bourget preview, their dazzling style was exhibited at the Grenoble Tuning Show in France. In addition, Great Britain, Austria, Belgium and Germany seized the opportunity to invite these stars to major trade shows such as the Essen Motor Show, thereby supporting the launch of CARIZZMA. Some bookings have already been made for 2009 ... the cars will travel to Holland's trade show in February; to Latvia's Automechanika trade show in Riga in May; and then on to Switzerland in September 2009 for CARIZZMA'S Swiss launch.

This demonstration has led to a real craze for CARIZZMA amongst bodywork professionals and designers. Proof of this can be seen in this matt white dinner jacket, which was created on an elegant Lamborghini LP 560 by Patrice Parot, the founder of Parotech - a prestigious European car design specialist. Peugeot Martin group (Peugeot's dealer in Valenciennes, France) has been also completely enchanted by CARIZZMA and used it for its daring sales offer he dreamt up : an X'Trem package comprising CARIZZMA paint preparation of a cute Citrus Yellow Peugeot 107, a dynamic Aden Red Peugeot 207 and an extreme Hurricane Grey Peugeot 308. After the Intersection magazine used CARIZZMA to decorate its Citroën C6 and convert it to a mobile office, CARIZZMA also played the leading role in the "Auto Moto" television programme which was broadcast on France's leading national channel in the form of a vintage 1982 Corvette.
