Lötverbindung mit Steatit-Keramik

Auf Anfrage eines langjährigen Kunden hat QSIL Ceramics seine Metallisierungskompetenzen weiterentwickelt und bietet nun eine Metall-/Keramiklösung auch für Anwendungen an, die eine verringerte Permittivitätszahl benötigen.

So können hochfeste, vakuumdichte Metall-Keramik Lötverbindungen zwischen Einschmelzlegierungen (z.B. 1.3981 FeNi29Co18) und Steatit-Keramik gefertigt werden.

Insbesondere im Mikrowellenbereich (GHz) führt die kleinere Permittivität der Steatit-Keramik zu einer höheren Transparenz und damit zu einer geringeren Schwächung des elektrischen Feldes. Bei Sensoranwendungen kann so eine höhere Signalempfindlichkeit erreicht werden.
