New MACOC:COI Module

Integrating Conflicts of Interest Management with Compliance

Herford (Germany), (PresseBox) - b-next has introduced a new module for identifying and managing conflicts of interest, MACOC:COI, which offers seamless integration with its MACOC:Compliance application through a common Regulatory Business Warehouse (Reg.BW).

The sophisticated monitoring processes of the MACOC:COI and MACOC:Compliance modules work hand in hand within their common platform, MACOC:Suite, to intelligently generate key compliance tools such as watchlists.

For example, potential instances of insider trading identified with the compliance module which may also be relevant for COI checking are automatically transferred to MACOC:COI for further checking. In the reverse direction, potential COI events can likewise be passed to MACOC:Compliance for further checking or to add information to watch lists.

"By directly linking these two applications together, we have been able to significantly increase the benefits of MACOC:Suite for our bank customers,” said Stefan Queck, Sales and Business Development Manager at b-next.
