Aviationscouts GmbH shortlisted for coveted award

Aviationscouts GmbH has reached the jury stage in the competition "Grand Prix of Medium-sized Companies" of the Oskar-Patzelt-Foundation.

Since the first award ceremony in 1995, the "Grand Prix of Medium-sized Companies" has developed into the most important German business award. Every year in November, the Oskar- Patzelt-Foundation invites local authorities and associations as well as institutions and companies to nominate outstanding medium-sized companies for the competition. 839 of the 4,923 nominated companies have reached the jury stage, 201 of which are from Bavaria.

Aviationscouts GmbH convinced in 5 demanding criteria and made it into the shortlist for the coveted award for the third time in a row.

Criteria for reaching the jury stage are:

1. Overall development of the company
2. Creation/securing of jobs / trainee positions
3. Modernization and innovation
4. Involvement in the region
5. Service and customer proximity, marketing.

As a sign of appreciation for this success, the board of the Oskar-Patzelt-Foundation presented a signed certificate to Filiz Kasim-Herr, Marketing Manager at Aviationscouts GmbH, which was ceremoniously presented by Robert Knitt, Managing Director of IMBEMA-Consult GmbH.

Twelve regional juries will decide on a maximum of 7 finalists and on a maximum of 3 award winners in the coming weeks and months. The award gala will take place in Würzburg / Germany on 30.09.2019. And then the audience will hear the magic words as every year: "And the award goes to ...".
