Über HDMI/HDCP wird eine Auflösung von bis zu 1080i unterstützt. Selbstverständlich können Sie auch Audio/ Video/ Composite sowie Komponentensiganle (1080i) über die zusätzliche Schnittstelle einspielen. * Einsatzmöglichkeiten gibt es viele, wie Spiele in HD (HDCP-free recording) im MPEG-2 Format wie PS3, Xbox 360 aufzunehmen.*
Fernsehen und Spielen in HD zur gleichen Zeit ist mit der AVerTV CaptureHD - H727 ohne Probleme über die PIP Funktion möglich. Die mitgelieferte AVer MediaCenter Software erlaubt es in Echtzeit H.264 bis zu einer Auflösung von 320X240 für iPod aufzunehmen.
