Founded in 2006, the Japanese restaurant and takeaway chain EAT SUSHI has grown on a franchise basis.
Today, there are over 40 outlets, in France, Belgium and Martinique.
The chain has chosen AURES to supply all its point-of-sale IT hardware.
- Cash desks in EAT SUSHI restaurants are equipped with several Odyssé II terminals featuring a graphite grey base and "cassis" colour clips - a perfect match for the brand's visual identity - along with dedicated Odyssé Pack ODP 200H receipt printers.
- The EAT SUSHI outlets' kitchens boast wall-mounted AURES' panel PCs (W-Touch for example) along with ODP 200H printers, enabling staff to manage orders and outside deliveries.
- In the back office, Poséo Retail PCs have been deployed: these act as servers and keep the outlets in touch with Head Office.
Management and till software installed on AURES' hardware has been developed by EAT SUSHI's IT Department.
