Das Finale der regionalen "Architekturwoche A4" wird bei der AUDI AG stattfinden. Am Samstag, 7. Juni 2008, sind Interessierte und Architekten zu einem Rundgang auf das Gelände der Technischen Entwicklung eingeladen. Dabei werden die Fundamente des alten Fort Max Emanuel besichtigt. Beendet wird die Architekturwoche am Abend mit einem Fachvortrag im Kinosaal des Audi museum mobile.
Im Rahmen der Vierten Architekturwoche unter dem Motto "Zeitmaschine Architektur" werden täglich zwei ehemalige Festungsbauten Ingolstadts besucht. Am Samstag, 7. Juni 2008, beginnt um 16 Uhr an Tor 9 eine Exkursion auf das Gelände der Technischen Entwicklung der AUDI AG. Henning Adickes, Leiter Entwicklungsprozesse, Invest, Patente, wird den Rundgang durch das Kerngelände der TE führen. Die Route gibt einen Ausblick auf das Landschaftsensemble Max Emanuel Park und den ICE Tunnel.
"Es ist sehr spannend für uns, den Wandel unserer Arbeitsweise und die entsprechenden Gebäude der TE zu erklären. Dabei fasziniert besonders der Bezug zur Mythen umwobenen Festung und zu ihrer Funktion, die von außen nicht gleich erkennbar sind", sagt Adickes.
Zum Abschluss der Vierten Architekturwoche sind Fachpublikum und Interessierte in das Audi Forum Ingolstadt eingeladen. Im Kinosaal des Audi museum mobile wird der Architekturjournalist Prof. Dr. Gert Kähler um 20 Uhr einen Vortrag zum Thema "Event City oder Stadt" halten.
"Wir freuen uns, dass die AUDI AG als Teil der gesellschaftlichen und städtebaulichen Entwicklung der Stadt im Programm der Architekturwoche ihren Platz gefunden hat und Gastgeber für den Abschluss der Veranstaltungsreihe ist", sagt Thomas Frank, Leiter Audi Forum Ingolstadt.
Die Vierte Architekturwoche läuft vom 1. bis 7. Juni 2008. In Ingolstadt werden zahlreiche Spaziergänge, Exkursionen und Vorträge "Auf den Spuren der Landesfestung" angeboten. Insgesamt findet die Veranstaltungsreihe der Bayerischen Architektenkammer landesweit in zehn Städten statt.
