This past April AT&S Americas has expanded from the original site in San Jose, CA to another new site in Chicago, IL. Located just minutes from one of the world’s largest airports, Chicago O’Hare and very close to the blue line station, the new office can support customers from all market segments on a local, regional and global basis with the same high quality service as other AT&S sites throughout the world.
The Chicago location was chosen for multiple reasons such as proximity to high profile customers in the Mid West and East Coast Location, to improve the communication window between Europe and the US and for ease of domestic and international travel between customer and AT&S locations.
Building on its leading technology position in the PCB industry AT&S has chosen three strategic markets for penetration: Aviation & Security, Industrial and Medical. With regards to the Aviation & Security Segment the targeted markets are Commercial and General Aviation Electronics, Biometric Scanning, Detection and Surveillance. In regards to Medicals AT&S will focus on customers producing Hearing Aids, providing Cardiac Rhythm Management, Glucose Monitoring and Patient Monitoring. The customers can rely on the highest quality standards in the industry.
The AT&S Office in Chicago, IL is currently supported by US based account managers, internal sales managers as well as engineers. The goal of this office is to penetrate the US Market by fostering relationships with new and existing customers and offering support in current and future technologies.
