Die 3D-Volumen- und Höhenmessung von Lotpasten führen wir Ihnen mit unserer TR7066 live an einer Produktionslinie vor.

- Echte, pixelgenaue 3D-Auflösung (zeigt Abrissprofil, sog. "Dome"), keine Mittelung aus Lichtbalken- versatz, sondern echte Messung.
- Höchste Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit: Bis zu 15.350 mm²/s möglich!
- Hohe Auflösung: Bis 6x12?m, bestens für Fine-Pitch und 01005 geeignet.
- Robustes, vibrationsarmes System durch X/Y-Mäanderbewegung der Sensoreinheit.
- Mechanisch unempfindlich, wartungsfreundlich, geringer Kalibrieraufwand.
- Board-Warp-Tracking während des Scans.
- Bereits über 500 Installation weltweit
