- 3CCD-Farbkamera mit hoher Auflösung, auch 01005-geeignet
- Höchste Abtastgeschwindigkeit
- LED-Beleuchtung mit zonenweiser Farb- und Intensitätseinstellung. Dadurch sind z.B. auch Aluminiumoxydsubstrate bearbeitbar.
- Hervorragende OCR-Erkennung von gelaserten Halbleiterpackages
- Kontrolle des Selektivlötprozesses
- NEU: Telezentrische Beleuchtungsoption für extrem glatte Flächen
