ASMETEC in Kirchheimbolanden bietet ab sofort einen professionellen Reparatur- und Wartungsservice für Bohrspindeln aller Art an.

Insbesondere für luft- und kugelgelagerte, hochdrehende Bohrspindeln wie sie beispielsweise in der Leiterplattenindustrie verwendet werden, kann ASMETEC einen schnellen Service anbieten, wobei sogar Spindeln repariert werden, für die es keine Original-Ersatzteile mehr gibt. Hier können bestimmte Verschleißteile passgenau nachgefertigt werden.

• Zerlegung und Prüfung der Spindel und deren Einzelteile
• Neujustage des Rotors
• Ersetzen der O-Ringe
• Grundwartung bei luftgelagerten Spindeln
• Drucktest des Kühlsystems
• Widerstandsmessung der Statorspulen
• Isolationsmessung zwischen Stator und Masse
• Spindeltest auf statische und dynamische Unwucht
• Spindelgesamttest inkl. Messprotokollen
• Kostenloser Kostenvoranschlag bei Reparaturen
• Detailliertes Messprotokoll für jede Spindel
• 100 Tage Garantie auf Wartung und Reparaturen
• Kein Teileaustausch ohne Ihre Freigabe
• Rücklieferung innerhalb von ca. 1-2 Wochen nach Ihrer Freigabe

Für bestimmte Bohrspindeln gibt es sogar einen Gebraucht-Austauschservice.
Als weiteren Service rund um die Bohrspindeln liefert ASMETEC die üblichen Verschleißteile wie Spannzangen, Druckfüße, Anschlusstecker usw.
