ASK Chemicals – now present worldwide with systematic innovations

(PresseBox) (Hilden, )
ASK Chemicals Hilden, recently established by the expansion of a joint venture between industry specialists Ashland Inc, USA and Süd-Chemie AG, Munich, is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of foundry aids.
The new company offers the entire range of foundry chemicals and services across the whole value chain in a foundry - from core molding all the way to the melting process. The new company’s extensive expertise comes from the development facilities, experience and product knowledge of the incorporated companies. Some of these companies can look back on a tradition of more than 100 years in their own specialist field.

Profound knowledge of the industry and technical expertise differentiates the partnership from others. The deep understanding of foundry processes ranges from the design of castings via simulation services and the transfer of research results from the laboratory to production status, all the way to efficient series production of high-quality castings. The advanced technology developed in laboratories and pilot systems provides customers with highly efficient support in the constant optimization of their processes.

The international cooperation of the teams enables the development in the process chain to be adapted to meet conditions specific to individual countries. Systematic experience is available to customers throughout the world in equal measure.

The products are manufactured regionally and close to the customer in modern production plants in Europe, North and South America and Asia. Furthermore, the use of established sales channels and market synergies ensures competitive advantages for ASK customers.

Thinking globally, trading and supplying locally – ASK Chemicals will be present at GIFA Hall 12, Booth 24 from June 26 to July 2, 2011 with examples of applications and its experts from the locations across the globe.
