As a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Independent Software Vendor (ISV), Arvato Systems has been supporting companies in digital transformation for over 20 years. The IT specialists rely heavily on a broad Microsoft portfolio and on industry solutions based on Microsoft technologies. The IT specialist currently holds twelve Microsoft competencies in gold and silver.
With the "Enterprise Skilling Initiative", or ESI in short, Microsoft promotes extensive training and certification in various Azure disciplines and levels. So far, Arvato Systems has built up its extensive cloud know-how with specialized individual training. By defining and implementing holistic skill plans, it has now been possible to provide bundled and comprehensive Azure training for a broad employee base.
The trainings, jointly organized by Microsoft, Brainymotion and Arvato Systems, ran from January to June 2020 and generated strong interest: More than 600 training seats were booked by over 400 participants. This means that more than 15 percent of Arvato Systems employees attended ESI training courses in the area of Cloud Basics and nine other learning paths:

• Azure Security Engineer
• Azure Solution Architect
As a foundation for the growing cloud business, training and education are essential for Arvato Systems and represent an important investment in the future of the Multi-Cloud Service Integrator. „Microsoft's Enterprise Skilling Initiative is an excellent opportunity for knowledge transfer in the cloud context.
