Arvato Systems uses Microsoft's comprehensive technology stack to support companies in the use of Generative AI. With the Microsoft Azure OpenAI service, data scientists and software developers can embed powerful language models such as ChatGPT into enterprise applications. With the provision of the M365 Copilot, Generative AI has now also arrived directly in the everyday office life of end users. To help companies develop suitable strategies and specific use cases for Generative AI, Arvato Systems uses Microsoft technologies within an extended service portfolio.
As part of this collaboration, Arvato Systems is presenting the "ShapeX" consulting service. This enables customers' business challenges to be assessed with regard to future markets and business developments. The aim is to identify technical and organizational fields of action in order to develop a comprehensive roadmap.
Arvato Systems offers the interdisciplinary expertise of its employees to effectively support the introduction and scaling of the new Microsoft Copilots and Azure services. This technical service offering is designed to be end-to-end: It includes building a qualified data repository in the Azure Cloud, using Generative AI to automate and increase the efficiency of business processes and workflows, and creating personalized customer experiences and innovative new software solutions. Initial consulting and service offerings from Arvato Systems are available in the Microsoft Commercial Marketplace.
"We focus on comprehensive technological support for the Digital Transformation of our customers and on the introduction of intelligent technologies. Microsoft and Arvato Systems are long-standing partners in this mission," emphasizes Max Ackermann, Director Strategic Alliance Management at Arvato Systems.
Customers' employees also receive organizational support through targeted training and support, enabling them to benefit from the advantages of Generative AI. This strengthens acceptance and contributes to an innovative corporate culture. Arvato Systems relies on practice-oriented methods and a partnership with the online academy Udacity.
To complement the tool stack, Arvato Systems is presenting "AILA-Knowledge" based on Microsoft Azure. The new service enables efficient knowledge management in companies by combining internal documents and content with the OpenAI language model. Users receive precise answers to their questions in a matter of seconds, including specific sources. This leads to improved information availability and increases productivity, for example in customer support, field service, production or compliance management.
Back in October, Arvato Systems and Microsoft jointly organized the first Generative AI Summit at Microsoft in Cologne. At this event, experts from Arvato Systems and Microsoft presented current topics relating to Generative AI. Further events and measures on this topic are being planned.
