Arvato Systems brings expertise to the Retail Congress Germany
This year, Arvato Systems is exhibiting for the first time at the Retail Congress, which takes place on November 16 and 17 in Berlin. As every year, the congress is organized by the HDE and the EHI Retail Institute. As a silver sponsor, Arvato Systems will be presenting its portfolio of solutions for the value creation process in modern retailing. In addition, the IT expert will host the exclusive workshop "New Opportunities for Retail - Customer Loyalty with Digital Assets in the Metaverse" on the topic of Web 3.0 and Loyalty 3.0.
In the workshop, participants will learn,

- how to expand traditional incentive programs in brick-and-mortar retail with the help of digital assets, and
