- Deutsche Börse Group plans long-term collaboration with Arvato Systems
- In addition to website migration, UX/UI topics are also on the agenda
The IT specialist Arvato Systems is part of the Bertelsmann Group and also operates internationally. In a first major project with Arvato Systems, Deutsche Börse Group's websites will be migrated to the new version 11 of the CoreMedia Content Cloud content management system. This includes Deutsche Börse's websites as well as those of Clearstream, Eurex and Xetra. "Our decision to work with Arvato Systems is based on a long-term partnership," said Florian Gattung, Head of Xetra/Eurex Datawarehouse, Digital Platforms & eListing at Deutsche Börse.
Digital Experience from a single source
As a digital agency, the Digital Experience division of Arvato Systems provides the entire user experience (UX) service for customers from a single source, from conception to implementation. This is also the case for Deutsche Börse Group. The large number of websites operated there made the upcoming migration project complex and demanding. Arvato Systems' "Digital Agency" will support the company in further developing its Internet platforms, focusing on areas such as web design, user experience and user interface. Arvato Systems will also maintain Deutsche Börse Group's websites.
Status as CoreMedia Platinum Partner was important criterion
Deutsche Börse Group chose Arvato Systems in a competitive bidding process. Florian Gattung explains: "Arvato Systems' reference projects convinced us. A decisive factor is the scalability of the services. In addition, the company is one of the few CoreMedia Platinum Partners - this special know-how was also an important criterion for us." Gattung explains that there will be two migration steps at once: "Together with Arvato Systems, we have planned to migrate from CoreMedia 9 to CoreMedia 11. This increases the efficiency of the migration process and reduces costs."
