Top Employer: arvato Systems Places in the Top Ten

There’s even more to celebrate! First, it was announced on 10 February 2015 that arvato Systems would receive certification as a ‘Top Employer in Germany 2015’ by the renowned Top Employers Institute. Now it has been made clear that arvato Systems will not only receive this prestigious distinction at the gala on 19 February, but it will also be proclaimed as one of the top ten amongst all certified companies.

The award was accepted by Siegfried Bloch, Vice President of Human Resources at arvato Systems, at the ceremony in Düsseldorf. The chief HR officer and Member of the Board at arvato AG, Christine Scheffler, was also in attendance. Although the company already enjoyed its placement among the top employers last year, the renewed certification together with the 9th place in the overall ranking proved to be a serious highlight for the HR experts. “We were truly happy about the certification. But the fact that we landed in the top ten for 2015 was obviously something really special – and definitely a major incentive for continued activity,” Mr. Bloch explains.

The distinction as Top Employer in Germany is awarded by the Top Employers Institute. To receive such an award, companies must agree to be subjected to a series of comprehensive audits that examine several different categories ranging from talent strategy to corporate culture.
