Gütersloh - Auch für das Jahr 2020 konnte Arvato Systems die begehrte Auszeichnung „Top Employer Deutschland“ entgegennehmen und gehört damit zu den besten Arbeitgebern der Republik. Als „Top Employer“ beweist der IT-Spezialist, dass er höchste Standards im Personalmanagement erfüllt.

Für die Zertifizierung führt das angesehene Top Employers Institute ein umfassendes Audit sowie eine anschließende unabhängige Verifizierung durch. Im Fokus der Bewertung stehen verschiedene Kategorien wie Talentstrategie, Personalplanung, Training und Entwicklung, Führungskräfteentwicklung, Karriere- und Nachfolgeplanung sowie Unternehmenskultur.

Beim „Top Employers Certification Dinner”, das am 06. Februar, in den Rheinterrassen Düsseldorf stattfand, nahm Arvato Systems Personalchef Siegfried Bloch die begehrte Auszeichnung entgegen.

„Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir nun bereits zum siebten Mal als exzellenter Arbeitgeber ausgezeichnet wurden“, so Siegfried Bloch. „Das ist für uns keine Selbstverständlichkeit, zumal die Bewertungskriterien in jedem Jahr an die höchsten Standards in der Personalarbeit angepasst werden.
