Arvato Systems’ IT specialists again named as ‘TOP Employer 2018’, demonstrating yet again that the Bertelsmann subsidiary is a leader in personnel strategy and development.

The Top Employers Institute employs an internationally standardized certification process for the analysis and evaluation of personnel management standards in areas such as talent strategy, personnel planning, training and development, executive development, career and succession planning as well as corporate culture. The award depends on meeting an extensive catalog of requirements. Responses provided by participating companies are evaluated through an independent audit. Evaluation criteria are adjusted on an annual basis to ensure the highest HR standards.

Siegfried Bloch, Head of HR at Arvato Systems, along with his team accepted the coveted award at the Top Employer Certification Dinner in Düsseldorf on February 13.

Arvato Systems is again delighted to find themselves in the Top Ten. Siegfried Bloch sees this as further confirmation of Arvato Systems’ position as an IT employer of excellence: “Staff satisfaction is an important element of our success.
