Arvato Systems and Arvato CRM again achieve sought-after ‘Top Employer in Germany 2017’ award. Arvato Systems IT experts and Arvato CRM Solutions Customer Relationship Management Experts are once again shown to be part of the exclusive group. Top Employer status shows that they meet the highest standards in Human Resource Management.

This is the result of the Top Employer Institute global certification process. It includes an extensive audit as well as verification performed by one of the independent Big Five audit companies. So companies who achieve this award have amply demonstrated their skills. Analysis and assessment in categories such as talent development strategy, personnel planning, training, leadership development, career and succession planning, as well as company culture were all taken into account.

Henrik Teipel and Siegfried Bloch, heads of HR at Arvato CRM Solutions and Arvato Systems, respectively received the highly-coveted certificates at the Top Employers Certification Dinner on February 21st at the Düsseldorf Rheinterrasse.

Siegfried Bloch, Head of HR at Arvato Systems, was also delighted to receive the award for the fourth consecutive year. “We are honored to be among the best again.
