Das Projekt mit ELAM:

Der Einsatz des ELAM-Systems ermöglicht es, an der Linie stets die passende digitale Arbeitsanweisung am Montagearbeitsplatz anzuzeigen. Auch ein EOL-Prüfstand und ein Verpackplatz sind mit ELAM und Pick to Light-Modulen ausgerüstet, um die Mitarbeiter Schritt für Schritt durch die Arbeitsprozesse zu führen. So können alle Produktionsschritte sicher durchgeführt und lückenlos dokumentiert werden.

Um zuverlässige und langlebige Produkte zu gewährleisten, erfasst das ELAM-System jede verbaute Komponente und speichert alle dazugehörigen Arbeitsschritte sowie Messwerte ab.

Durch ELAM kann kein Arbeitsschritt vergessen und keine Verschraubung falsch ausgeführt werden. So stellt das System sicher, stets höchste Qualität für die Kunden zu bieten.
