The Managing Director of AGPU Werner Preusker is the winner of the Plastic Sustainability Award 2012. The award, which recognises dedication and outstanding service to the sustainable use of plastics and plastic waste, was presented on the occasion of the “Future of Plastics Recycling” colloquium held on 5 September in Krefeld, by Fraunhofer Umsicht and BKV Beteiligungs- and Kunststoffverwertungsgesellschaft. Mr Preusker unites the tradition and future of the award. The presentation speech was given by the 2011 winner, the co-founder of Forschungsinstitut Kunststoff und Recycling (FKuR) Dr. Edmund Dolfen.
