Unterstützung für NXP-Prozessoren aus der Familie QorIQ P1 und P2 Series ist jetzt für Corelis ScanExpress JET (JTAG Embedded Test) verfügbar.
ScanExpress JET is eine Erweiterung zu ScanExpress Boundary-Scan-Tools die für Baugruppentests während Entwicklung, Inbetriebnahme und Produktion eingesetzt werden.
ScanExpress JET ermöglicht Funktionstests, die weit über die üblichen Möglichkeiten von Boundary-Scan hinaus gehen.
ScanExpress JET lädt ausführbaren Code auf die CPU, startet den Code und ruft die Ergebnisse der jeweiligen Testprozedur ab.

Auf diese Weise können z.B. Flash-Bausteine programmiert, Schnittstellen getestet und Speicher-Bausteine auf Fehlerfreiheit geprüft werden.
All diese Funktionen werden im Rahmen des herkömmlichen Boundary-Scan-Tests ausgeführt und verringern den Gesamtaufwand eines Baugruppentests erheblich.
