The new BMax for general and structural timber work, for on top rafter insulations and facades is available in 8 and 10 mm diameters and in lengths from 80 to 400 mm with both countersunk head and wafer head.
It meets a variety of requirements:
- High pull-out forces and a reduced splitting effect due to the asymmetric thread design
- Quick bite without splitting thanks to the notch tip
- Reduced screw-in torque due to the shank cutter
The wafer head offers two benefits: its larger contact surface ensures a better contact pressure, especially for the fixing of e.g. metal sheets. Due to its higher head pull-through resistance in many times fewer screws are needed.
