ANTARIS SOLAR, German provider of high quality photovoltaic technology, has received the UK’s Microgeneration Certificate (MCS) for its range of all-black mono-crystalline modules. Made up of black mono-crystalline PV cells, black frames and black backing sheets the all-black modules of ANTARIS SOLAR are elegantly designed and can be integrated harmoniously into various types of roof surface. They make it possible to apply high end photovoltaic technology in buildings with ambitious architectural design. ANTARIS SOLAR offers its all-black modules with outputs ranging from 190 Wp.

“We have seen growing demand for solar panels that are not only highly efficient in performance but also compatible with the look and feel of customers’ roofs and to meet the requirements of planning authorities. With our MCS-certified ANTARIS SOLAR black modules we can now satisfy this market demand”, says Andrew Moore, ANTARIS SOLAR country manager for UK and Ireland.

The MCS certification is granted by the British Standards Institute (BSI), the UK’s main testing authority, and requires detailed testing of production processes and product performance. The MCS certification confirms that tested products comply with the technical standards applicable in the UK.

Besides its range of all-black PV modules ANTARIS SOLAR is represented in the UK and Ireland market with an extensive range of standard mono- and polycrystalline high-performance modules with outputs ranging between190 and 230 Wp.
