All for One Steeb AG und die Fiducia IT AG, Karlsruhe, verhandeln über eine langfristige Partnerschaft im SAP-Markt: Teile des SAP-Mittelstandsgeschäfts der Fiducia-Töchter Orga Gesellschaft für automatische Datenverarbeitung mbH und Orga Consulting GmbH, beide Karlsruhe, sollen durch die All for One Steeb AG übernommen werden. Fiducia und All for One Steeb wollen sich zudem gegenseitig bei der Gewinnung neuer Kunden unterstützen.

Für die All for One Steeb AG würde die angestrebte Marktpartnerschaft zu einer weiteren Stärkung ihres SAP-Outsourcing- und Application-Management-Geschäfts führen. Das zusätzliche jährliche Umsatzvolumen dürfte bei anfänglich etwa 8-9 Mio. EUR liegen. Ein Abschluss der Verhandlungen wird im 1. Quartal 2013 angestrebt.
