AIXTRON AG today announced an order from Ubilux, Taiwan for six epitaxy reactors from the AIXTRON group.
The order includes several AIXTRON Planetary Reactor® and Close Coupled Showerhead®(CCS) CRIUS® systems. These will be delivered in stages until the end of the year.
