Stefan Kloss ist seit Januar 2019 der neue Leiter IT bei der aikux.com GmbH. Damit stärkt der wachsende Berliner Spezialist für das Daten- und Berechtigungsmanagement den zentralen Geschäftsbereich Consulting & Technik und begegnet seinen komplexen Kundenprojekten mit einer intensiveren Projektsteuerung.

“Als Teil des Geschäftsführungsteams ist es eine meiner Hauptaufgaben, das Projektmanagement zu unterstützen und die Abteilung Consulting & Technik so zu strukturieren, dass aikux.com die Projekte mit gesteigerter Effizienz und Qualität durchführen kann.”

Mit Stefan Kloss hat aikux.com auch einen Kompetenzzuwachs im Bereich Prozessmanagement hinzugewonnen, denn: “Ich liebe es, Prozesse zu gestalten und zu optimieren, genau wie Mitarbeiter zu motivieren.”

Vor seinem Eintritt bei der aikux.com GmbH war Stefan Kloss Geschäftsführer der orgAnice Software GmbH und zuvor Entwicklungsleiter der bit by bit Software AG. Seit einigen Jahren ist er freier IT-Berater und Entwickler für Kunden wie dem Springer Gabler Verlag und vertreibt eine eigene CRM Software. Sein Motto: ”Zu Deinem Ziel führen Dich eine klare Absicht, Vertrauen in Deine Kräfte und der erste mutige Schritt!“
