Arkitex Production v4.0 ist der nächste Schritt bei der Rationalisierung und Automatisierung von Produktionsabläufen im Zeitungsdruck, mit denen Zeitungsdruckereien Zeit und Geld sparen können. Die neueste Version konzentriert sich auf eine engere Integration mit Druckmaschinen-Management-Systemen für die Just-in-Time Plattenlieferung und umfasst mandantenfähige Möglichkeiten sowie eine verbesserte Planung und Nachverfolgung. Die Bereitstellung in der Cloud gewährleistet eine reibungslose Geschäftskontinuität.

Multi-Mandanten-Fähigkeiten
Arkitex Production v4.0 unterstützt mehrere Mandanten auf einem Server, so dass diese auf die gleichen Softwaremodule (wie RIPs, Ausschießen, Farbvoreinstellungen, usw.) zugreifen und diese nutzen können. Jeder Mandant hat seine eigenen Benutzer und Berechtigungen, Plattenlayouts, Produkte und kann nur seine Publikationen und Vorlagen sehen. Dies ist sowohl im Hinblick auf die lokale Zentralisierung als auch für die Cloud-Workflow Lösungen wichtig, bei denen mehrere Standorte Hardware und Ressourcen gemeinsam nutzen können und gleichzeitig die Datensicherheit und Workflow-Kontrolle beibehalten.

Just-in-Time Plattenlieferung
Infolge der weltweit sinkenden Auflagenhöhen, der Konsolidierung von Druckstandorten und der Zunahme von Fremdaufträgen, nehmen die Anzahl der Druckmaschinenaufträge und die Häufigkeit des Plattenwechsels zu.
