AFRISO at the TechnoPharm and Brau Beviale fairs

(PresseBox) (Güglingen, )
Manufacturing and processing food and pharmaceuticals involve highly demanding production technologies. A vast array of standards and directives cover all aspects of the hygienic design of systems, machines and measuring equipment. AFRISO measuring instruments represent state-of-the-art technology and quality and have national and international approvals and certificates. They deliver perfect measuring results and reliably monitor and control simple to highly complex processes. Sophisticated, modular kit systems and innovative ideas such as the seal-free design of diaphragm seals, pressure gauges and thermometers, help in the continuous optimisation of production facilities. The instruments provide maximum reliability even under the most adverse conditions.

In fall 2011, AFRISO will exhibit at two important fairs in Nuremberg: the TechnoPharm (October 11 to 13) and Brau Beviale (November 9 to 11). AFRISO will again present a complete range of measuring and control technology products and solutions for hygienic processes. In the area of mechanical and electronic pressure measurement, visitors will be able to explore a great number of Bourdon tube, capsule and diaphragm pressure gauges as well as chemical seals that are permanently welded to the measuring instrument. New bimetal, gas filled and machine thermometers as well as resistance thermometers and pipe temperature sensors with local displays that meet maximum requirements for temperature measurement will be exhibited. For level measurement, AFRISO will showcase new level indicators and level switches. A range of display, control and evaluation instruments will be shown for small process systems - from individual components all the way to complete solutions. The new EMS event reporting systems allow for easy and effective remote monitoring of complete production facilities or buildings. A comprehensive range of accessories rounds off the AFRISO offering. AFRISO measuring instruments are based on a modular kit system and can be made to customer specifications with a great variety of different process connections such as Clamp, Tri-Clamp, VARIVENT, VARINLINE, NEUMO BioControl or diary fitting for fast and easy integration into facilities. All wetted parts are FDA-listed. The measuring instruments have all pertinent certifications and comply with the applicable standards and directives such as FDA, PED, ATEX, 3-A, EHEDG, GOSSTANDART, TÜV, ISO, DIN and EN.
