The Starlet group is requesting that items be added to the agenda at the next General Meeting

The group of shareholders organised around the company Starlet Investment AG has made several propositions in view of the next General Meeting of Affichage Holding SA, to be held on May 26, 2011. The group proposes, in particular, five candidates to be elected onto the Board of Directors, and is requesting the removal of a director whose mandate will come to an end in 2012.

Affichage Holding SA is currently examining the validity of such request.

According to an announcement published on March 2, 2011, the group of shareholders organised around Starlet Investment AG holds 5.27% of Affichage Holding SA madxvm.
