The company has successfully used the last few months to achieve considerable improvements in the fields of availability of spare parts, broadening the network of suppliers - especially in the US and Asia regions, as well as a newly formed team of four technicians is searching for quality premium parts worldwide.

Enhanced Product Portfolio

In Hall 7, booth 102 AdoptSMT will present the latest product stock of Siplace machines, Mydata systems and many more fine pitch placement machines, stencil printing machines, coating systems etc.

Another focus is on feeders - naturally - as AdoptSMT is the absolute Number One supplier of feeders in Europe. AdoptSMT will showcase its latest Digital FeederMaster, which has been designed and manufactured to meet today's exacting standards in feeder accuracy. It has been developed based on the experience and success of its predecessor, raising feeder testing and calibrating to a new and higher level.

New in our programme are renowned products such as Techspray Cleaning/Coating Tools and JBC Solder Tools.

Training Courses

AdoptSMT is also offering a wide range of training courses with fullytrained engineers on location and in our facilities in Grödig, Salzburg and Paderborn.

With Training on the customer's site the engineer has the opportunity to be responsive to special problems. Problem solving for the customers products are developed by the client's staff member along with AdoptSMT's trainer. Basic Training for handling, programming and servicing placement machines are offered as well as process technical Training, which includes stencil printing, dispensing, soldering and cleaning.

The advantages with Adopt - Trainings: clients aren't disturbed by colleagues at work and can concentrate solely on their training! Additionally the charges decrease for each participant, if the training is visited by staff members of several companies! We set store by keeping a small number of participants for each training course. If there are less than three prospective students, AdoptSMT reserves the right to cancel the training course in particular cases.
