Kundenschulungen im Internet - in den USA "EduCommerce" oder "Customer focused E-Learning" (CFEL) genannt - gewinnen auch bei uns für das Marketing von Unternehmen langsam an Bedeutung. Nicht nur im IT-Bereich, sondern auch bei Banken, Internet-Buchhändlern und Dienstleistern werden E-Learning-Angebote bereits zur Kundenbindung genutzt. Der moderierte Live-Roundtable zu "EduCommerce - ein neuer Weg zur Kundenbindung?" auf der Competence Site gibt einen Überblick über unterschiedliche CFEL-Konzepte und will aufzeigen, wie Unternehmen dieses Mittel erfolgreich zur Kundengewinnung einsetzen können. Nicht nur Großunternehmen wie IBM, SAP und Cisco nutzen es bereits, auch mittelständische Firmen erkennen zunehmend das Potenzial. So hat der Kanzleisoftwarehersteller RA-Micro in Berlin kürzlich ein entsprechendes Projekt gestartet.
