NT 830 - Hochspannungsprüfung mit dezentralen Testpunkten für Flugzeugverkabelungen, elektrische Systeme und Komponenten

Speziell für den Test geometrisch großer Prüflinge wie z.B. Flugzeuge entwickelt, bietet adaptronic mit dem NT 830 Distributed Test System die Lösung für fast alle Verdrahtungstestaufgaben. Das NT 830 Testsystem besteht aus einer zentralen Testeinheit mit Messelektronik und Steuerungsrechner, sowie applikationsspezifisch ausgeführten verteilten Testpunkteinheiten (TPUs). Insgesamt bis zu 131.000 Testpunkte werden über eine serielle Busverbindung mit der zentralen Testeinheit verbunden und angesteuert. Diese TPUs werden nahe an die zu adaptierenden Kontaktstellen am Prüfling herangeführt, so dass für die eigentliche Adaptierung nur kurze Adaptionskabel notwendig sind. Die Bedienung des Systems kann direkt an der zentralen Testeinheit oder über ein mobiles Bedienpanel vjm FESG-Odviusedqm lqbdmndp.
