With a massive total of 1,600 watts RMS system power and 129 dB peak SPL the MAUI 44 delivers rich, natural sounding audio that cuts through.
Loaded with 2 x 12" neodymium chassis the bandpass subwoofer is driven by two Hypex UCD400 modules with separate switched mode power supplies while the 4 ways of the vertical array are individually powered by their own 200 watts Class D amplifiers. The two column elements are made from lightweight aluminium housing sixteen 3.5" fullrange loudspeakers with cast frames and integrated heat sinks plus two 1" Celestion HF drivers coupled to a waveguide.
The MAUI 44 system and subwoofer levels are adjustable individually, digital signal processing and a dedicated limiter provide distortion-free audio with extended dynamics.
The intelligent design of the MAUI 44 Column PA excels in mobile applications with minimum setup times due to integrated custom connectors replacing the tedious cabling. The subwoofer made from rugged 15 mm birch ply weighs in at just under 40 kg while the column elements tip the scales at 17.8 kg only.
