Ab 1. Januar 2006 läuft das Business des Actebis Peacock Vertriebsbüros in Braunschweig von Soest aus. "Damit setzen wir unseren Kurs, die Kräfte weiter zu bündeln und Kosten zu sparen fort. Die Actebis Peacock Fachhandelspartner in und um Braunschweig werden auch weiterhin in gewohnt professioneller Weise von ihren bekannten Ansprechpartnern bedient. Lediglich die Telefone werden am 1. Januar umgeleitet." erklärt Bärbel Schmidt die Veränderung.

Alle Braunschweiger Mitarbeiter haben ein Übernahmeangebot erhalten, das – nach heutigem Stand – auch von fast allen angenommen wird.
