The q.address integrations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and Dynamics Business Central (NAV) monitor every change in the address inventory. The data does not need to be exported for processing, nor do results need to be imported afterwards. q.address stand-alone 365 supports Dynamics 365 CE and BC, both online and on-premises.
