Alleine das Prinzip von Treu und Glauben gebiete eine solche Revision. Mit seinen andauernden politischen Tricks strapaziere der Finanzminister immer wieder die Nerven von Millionen Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer, kritisierte der Club. "Es ist dreist, wenn sich Steinbrück bei seinem Zahlungsvorbehalt auch noch auf das Urteil des Bundesverfassungsgerichts beruft", sagte ACE-Sprecher Rainer Hillgärtner am Donnerstag in Stuttgart.
Er erinnerte daran, dass das Bundesverfassungsgericht ohne Wenn und Aber die Politik auf die Rückkehr zur ungeteilten Kilometerpauschale verpflichtet habe. Dem müsse nicht nur die Bundesregierung folgen, sondern letztlich auch das Parlament als Gesetzgeber.
