Spedition Bruhn archiviert automatisiert

Durch den Einsatz von ACCANTUM, dem digitalen Archiv der itinion.soft GmbH, werden bei der Spedition Bruhn Belege automatisiert archiviert und so erhebliche Kosten für den Druck, die Zuordnung und die Ablage eingespart.

Die bundesweit tätige Spedition Bruhn liefert mit eigenem Fuhrpark sowie mit Subunternehmen im Container- sowie Sammeltransport Waren aus. Zahllose und vielfältige Belege fallen täglich an. Sie alle werden auf einem zentralen System zusammengefasst und zur Verfügung gestellt. Durch eine intelligente Belegsteuerung werden automatisiert Ausgangsdokumente und eingehende Nachweise verarbeitet.

Alle Belege aus der Branchen-Software und die erforderlichen Zollformulare werden beim Druck archiviert und mit einem Barcode versehen. Dabei wird ohne manuellen Eingriff der richtige Drucker und Schacht angesteuert. Ablieferungsnachweise werden per Scanner dem jeweiligen Vorgang automatisch zugeordnet.

Eine wirtschaftliche Prüfung ergab eine erhebliche Kostenersparnis durch den Einsatz von ACCANTUM, da Kosten für Formulare und Kopien, Arbeitszeit für Belegbearbeitung und - ablage sowie Recherche weitgehend entfallen.
