AC Süppmayer präsentiert neue Benchmark Studie „Aktives Retourenmanagement im Contact Center“

AC Süppmayer stellte seine neue Benchmark Studie "Aktives Retourenmanagement im Contact Center" auf der etailment Summit 2.013 in Berlin vor. Sie wurde im Auftrag des Bundesverbands des Deutschen Versandhandels e.V. (bvh) durchgeführt und beruht auf insgesamt 200 Mystery Calls zu Größenberatung und Auswahlbestellung bei ausgewählten Distanzhändlern im Bereich Textil, u.a. Zalando, H&M und QVC. Untersuchungsschwerpunkt ist der Servicelevel in der Telefonie, beobachtet wurden aber alle kundenspezifischen Prozesse im Retourenmanagement bis hin zur Logistik.

Die Erkenntnis, dass in vielen Unternehmen kein oder kein einheitliches Briefing zum Umgang mit Retouren in der Telefonie vorliegt, löste auf der Messe rege Diskussionen aus. "Hier werden große Potenziale zur Retourenvermeidung bereits bei ihrer Entstehung verschenkt', so Dieter Süppmayer, Geschäftsführer der AC Süppmayer GmbH.
