Petra Leue-Bahns wird neues ABO Invest-Vorstandsmitglied

In seiner gestrigen Sitzung hat der ABO Invest-Aufsichtsrat einstimmig beschlossen, Petra Leue-Bahns mit Wirkung zum 1. Dezember 2019 zum Vorstand zu bestellen. Sie ist seit dem Jahr 2014 beim Projektentwickler ABO Wind beschäftigt, zunächst als Abteilungsleiterin, ab 2015 als Bereichsleiterin für Finanzierung, Vertrieb und kaufmännische Geschäftsentwicklung. Sie wird ihre operative Tätigkeit bei ABO Invest nach ihrem Ausscheiden bei ABO Wind beginnen und sich dann ausschließlich der Vorstandsaufgabe bei der ABO Invest widmen. Damit wird sie die Entflechtung der beiden Gesellschaften vorantreiben. ABO Invest-Vorstand Andreas Höllinger hatte erklärt, wie im August 2019 berichtet, nicht für die Wiederwahl zur Verfügung zu stehen. „Der bestehende Vorstand begrüßt die Entscheidung des Aufsichtsrates und freut sich auf eine Zusammenarbeit mit Frau Leue-Bahns“, sagte Vorstandsmitglied Dr. Jochen Ahn.

Mit Frau Petra Leue-Bahns wird zum ersten Mal ein hauptberufliches Vorstandsmitglied für ABO Invest tätig sein.
